On 15 th August at 9.30am, A group of 20 NSS students left the college to MUKTI OLD AGE HOME and which is about 2 kilometers away from the college. There are nearly 15 old aged women. Among them many were double graduates.
The NSS students comprising of 12 boys and 8 girls spent some time with them and the senior citizens shared their feelings and experience with us which was really touching. We spent nearly two hours.We took fruits, chips, sweets and also provided provisions like 25kgs of rice, 10 kgs of atta, 5 kgs of ragi, 5kgs of sugar, half kg of chilly powder, Coriander powder and quarter kg of turmeric powder etc. which will be of great help to use in their day to day.
We students thank the management for providing us an opportunity to spend our time fruitfully.
