Indian Academy Degree College inaugurated I year Degree classes (2008) on 28 th July 08 at 10:30 AM.

Dr. Subhash Sharma, Dean, Indian Business Academy , delivering his inaugural address, gave very interesting tips to the students about the convergence of important factors for success of an individual. He stressed on the broader dimension of education, namely, social contribution by the educated youth. He impressed the students as to how success should be achieved step by step and to continue the journey of success.

Mr. R. Shankar, Ex. Deputy Mayor, Bangalore and Social Worker graced the occasion.
Dr. T. Somasekhar, Chairman, Indian Academy Education Trust, highlighted the achievements of the college in the last ten years.
Dr. G. Venkatesh, Principal, welcomed the gathering and Ms. Shubha, Faculty, Dept. of Genetics proposed the vote of thanks.

The program was attended by the parents and well wishers of the institution.Inauguration was followed by Orientation.
