The long aaited Fresher's Day arrived with a big bang. There was festive fervor all over the college on the eve of the event. The fresher's were given a dress code. They were bubbling with joy as they waited for the programs to begin.The fresher's shed their inhibitions and enjoyed the party till the end.
The program started with an invocation song in praise of Lord Ganesha. The juniors mingled freely with everyone irrespective of the different streams they belonged to. The seniors welcomed their juniors with open hearts. Hats off to the efforts they had made in making the event a grand success. Their endeavours chained the audience for nearly three and a half hours. The Principal and staff were invited for the party. There was good interaction among the seniors and juniors which helped the freshers to shed their shyness. As the day proceeded a good rapport developed among the peer groups. The highlights of the program were the dance performances, innovative games, solo songs and the hosting. Each stream presented their events to show their talents and to establish their identity. Snacks were relished by all. The crucial moment came when Mister and Miss Fresher results were announced. They were selected on the basis of their answers to questions and their smartness. This day will remain in the minds of the Fresher's for a long time. |
