Students have successfully completed Nursing research in fulfillment of the requirement for the Basic B.Sc Nursing degree as per guidelines of the Rajiv Gadhi  University of Health Sciences on Waterborne Diseases, Oral Hygiene awareness, Immunization Schedule, Osteoporosis, Ante-Natal Care, Dietary Management of Diabetes Mellitus.

The awareness programs were conducted by the students to the rural public at the Bettahalasru regarding HIV, Tuberculosis, Malaria & Chickengunya.

School Health Programs and Health camps were conducted at Kuderegare village.

Florence Nightingale day i.e., Nurses day was celebrated on 12th May 2008.

Students actively participated in the intercollegiate sports and brought many
laurels to the college.

The student have enrolled themselves in the Students Nurses Association  which is a must for the Nursing students and under this the students have successfully conducted Blood Donation Camp in association with TTK Blood Bank. On 07th February 2009.

The Lamp Lighting Ceremony was conducted as students commit themselves to the noble profession by pledging the Florence Nightingale pledge .

The freshers welcome day & farewell party for out going students ware also arranged.
